Since spices are commodities, their pricing, availability, and description are subject to market conditions and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to products, pricing, promotions, and shipping fees. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the incorrectly priced product.

4. Payments & Online Gateway

We collect payments online securely at the time of checkout. By initiating a payment through our website, you agree to:

• Provide valid billing and payment card/UPI details.
• Ensure you have sufficient funds to cover the purchase.
• Authorized processing via our payment processor, Razorpay.

Orders will only be packed and processed after receiving successful signature-verified clearance from the payment gateway.

These Terms and Conditions and any transaction executed through this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Idukki district, Kerala, India.
